- Make sure that the material you are applying to is iron safe and not made of Nylon.
- Preheat your iron to the highest setting with NO steam
- Iron the garment/fabric to remove wrinkles
- Remove the frosted backing for your vinyl transfer
- Place the transfer onto your garment (plastic side up so the direction is correct)
- Put the frosted backing over top of the vinyl transfer
- Place your iron on top of the transfer and press down hard for around 20 seconds. Don’t slide the iron around.
- Move the iron to another spot and press down again for around 20 seconds.
- Repeat until all areas of your transfer are adhered.
- Peel off the frosted sheet, and the clear transfer sheet. You should see the fibres of the fabric in the transfer material.
- Repeat ironing process from reverse side of fabric
For best results, iron your transfer on when leaning on a hard surface like a floor tile or piece of wood rather than an ironing board.
Do not wash within 48 hours of applying the transfer for best results.
If applied to clothing, wash clothes inside out on cold cycle with no bleach or fabric softener. Dry in a low, gentle dryer or on a line.
