Orders are processed within 1-10 business days unless otherwise stated on item listings. This time frame may change during increased sale periods.
All of our orders are sent out via Australia Post and tracking is supplied with all orders for a flat rate of $9.50AUD
Orders over $120.00 AUD (after discounts) ship FREE with standard parcel post.
Deliveries can take between 2 and 14 business days although these are estimates and not guarantees of delivery dates. Some areas, particularly rural areas, may take longer to deliver to. Order processing time is not included in this time frame.
Once orders are sent, they are out of our hands, and although we cannot control Australia Post and their delivery times and delays for various reasons, please feel free to contact us if your order has not arrived 3 weeks after shipping so we can help follow it up for you.
